Desciption
Passenger is a mystery game with psychological horror elements that uses virtual reality to create a unique experience.
It is about a train journey into the afterlife, in which the protagonist has to face the mistakes of her past.

Finances and MEssage
Passenger is designed to be marketed via social media. It is inspired by the social media success of Slenderman. 2 million downloads in the first 2 weeks after release alone and further success on Android and IOS. A comparable VR title would be the atmospheric horror game "Escape the Backrooms". A VR exclusive that has around 1 million purchases on Steam.

Development
Passenger was designed by a team of 6 people in unreal. I worked as environment and unreal artist. My focus beside leveldesign was VFX, light and materials. My goal was to create an imersive gaming world by pushing the visual quality as high as possible.
